Membership Cancellation and Merchandise Exchange Policy

Memberships

All Arbopals membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time—your membership will continue for the period that you have already paid for. Unless you cancel your membership before it expires, it will automatically renew for the same period.

For example, if you purchase a six-month membership on January 1, you can cancel it anytime before June 30 and your six-month membership will not renew. If you do not cancel your membership, it will remain active—and you will be billed—for the following six months.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable. Arbopals will exchange any unused and undamaged merchandise purchased if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding shipping & handling charges. Be sure to include your name, address, original packing slip/receipt along with the merchandise to be exchanged. Allow four weeks for processing. Send all exchanges to:

And follow the instructions below:

  1. Make a copy of your packing slip for your records.
  2. Please use the original packaging or similar packing materials.
  3. To expedite your exchange, please include the original packing slip.
  4. Pack and tape your package securely.
  5. Affix a return shipping label.
  6. For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We do not accept C.O.D.)
