Information and Resources for Teachers

Arbopals is developing various types of environmental content appropriate for kids aged 5-10, including:

  • Environmental information that will complement school curricula, and in particular science-based information on the essential role that trees have in cleaning the air we breathe and the water that we drink.
  • Fun facts about the trees and forests of the world.
  • Information about the animals, birds and insects that live in the trees and forests of the world.
  • Tree-themed activities and experiments appropriate for classrooms.
  • Links to various sources of information about the environment.

In the meantime, check out the Arbopedia, which has all sorts of fun information about trees and forests around the world, and visit our tree-planting map, with information on each of the 21 countries where we’re currently planting trees.
